This digital phantom contains data synthesized using the Tofts model for a range of Ktrans and Ve. A single slice is provided in DICOM format. The data can be downloaded here Read the README file for description about the data Please provide 3 runs for each algorithm: We are interested in assessing the repeatability of the algorithms. The Vascular region of interest is the bottom 50*10 pixels strip of the image. The peak of the Vascular region is the top-left 25*10 pixels strip of the image. This strip also contains time point labels given in seconds. The Zero patch (Ktrans=0.0, Ve=0.5) is the top-right 25*10 pixels strip of the image. Each 10*10 pixel patch is has combination of Ktrans and Ve values. Dr. Barboriak's website has additional information about the DRO.
